About Onix Solar Energy

Onix Solar Energy Limited is a renewable energy company focused on solar cell manufacturing, solar module manufacturing, and Independent Power Producer (IPP) project development. Originally incorporated in 1980 and rebranded in 2025, the company represents the evolution of the Onix Group’s long-term commitment to clean energy and sustainable growth.

The company operates 1200 MW solar cell and 1200 MW solar module manufacturing lines, specializing in high-efficiency N-Type TOPCon and P-Type solar modules with power outputs ranging from 530 WP to 640 WP. Alongside manufacturing, Onix Solar Energy Limited is developing 500+ MW of solar projects across Maharashtra under the MSKVY 2.0 (PM-KUSUM) scheme and aligns with the Onix Group’s vision of achieving 10 GW of renewable energy capacity by 2030.
